I am receiving water bills but I pay my water through Glide, what should I do?

Please check the date range on the bill. The bill may be from before your tenancy agreement started or for a period before you joined us. If this is the case, you should talk to your landlord or letting agent about this.

If the bill is for a period where we are responsible, please email the bill to us and we will investigate for you. Sometimes the water companies don't update their systems quickly enough and continue to send bills to the property instead of to us.
