When will my broadband go live and when will my router arrive?

We aim to get your broadband service activated on the same day that your telephone line service starts. However, this isn't always possible.

We'll send you an email confirming your exact activation dates for your telephone and broadband services.

We'll send your router by signed courier a few days before the broadband is due to start. If the delivery is missed this can be collected by the addressee at your local post office.
