I've not joined Glide so why are you billing me?

We would never force you to sign up or take over your gas and electricity without your permission. If you've received an unexpected bill from us, it's most likely because the previous tenants signed up to an account with us or we have been informed that you are currently living in a property with energy provided by us. We would have most likely received your details from your landlord or letting agency. 

This means we are providing you with your energy under our terms and conditions and a deemed contract so you are responsible for paying us for the energy you use.

You can sign up for a full account and benefit from splitting the bills equally with your housemates. You can also add additional services such as water and broadband or you can transfer away and just pay us for the time you were with us and for the energy that you've used.
