We currently only offer payment by direct debit for our business customers.
For tenants, we only offer payment via continuous payment authority on your debit or credit card. This means we'll take payment from your card when it becomes due. We'll always send any bills out to you with at least 5 working days' notice.
We find that our tenants benefit from fewer (often no) bank fees should their payment fail due to insufficient funds on their debit/credit cards.
With direct debit, our tenants would always incur substantial bank fees if they are unable to make a payment on time. We don't want our customers to incur unnecessary bank charges.
