I've received a bill from another energy supplier but I've already signed up to Glide?

Glide will arrange arrange to take over the energy at the property from the date that you signed up for; however, please note that this process can take up to 21 days to complete. During this changeover period you are obliged to pay the existing supplier for the energy that is being used.

To ensure there aren't any issues with the transfer, you should contact your existing energy provider and inform them that you are responsible for the energy, but that you will be transferring it to another supplier.
