How long does it take to set up an account and how long will it take until my account is active?

Its really quick and easy to set up an account with us, you just need your property details (address and postcode) and the name and mobile number for each of your housemates.

Once we have all of your contact details, each tenant will receive a text message with a link to the quote and to our terms and conditions. Once each tenant has signed up, we will process your order.

Gas and electricity normally takes around 21 days to transfer over - don't panic, your current provider will still provide your gas and electricity until you transfer over to us. We can start your water and TV Licence on which ever day you request. Telephone line and broadband normally takes around 2-3 weeks to set up - we can give you more detailed information on this during your sign up.
