If you have energy with us, there are two ways to close your account:
1. Transfer your energy away to a new provider. We are not able to turn the gas and electricity off. This usually takes around 21 days.
2. Transfer the bills into the new bill payers name. Please get in touch with your account manager if a landlord/letting agent/new tenants are taking over responsibility of the bills. Please ensure you provide final meter readings so we can close your account accordingly.
