Our standard and fibre broadband is supplied through a working telephone line. The telephone line also allows you to make and receive telephone calls if you plug a landline telephone into it. See our Services page for a full breakdown of our call costs.
If you only use the telephone line to provide your broadband, you'll just pay the fixed telephone line rental charge. See our Services page for more information on line rental.
If you think you already have an active telephone line, we will require the telephone number in order for us to take over the line. Don't worry if you don't have an active telephone line, we'll install one free of charge. If we need to send an engineer out to install a new line for you, we'll let you know when the engineer will be arriving. If this time isn't convenient, it's important you let us know straight away.
