We use the same industry standard estimation as all other energy suppliers. This is based on your home's estimated annual consumption for electricity and gas which is calculated from any available data including any previous readings that have been obtained. Where we have not received an accurate meter reading, we may need to bill you based on an estimate reading.
The easiest way to submit a meter reading is by logging into your Online Account and clicking on 'My usage'. Alternatively, email a photo of your meter to us and we'll do the rest. Please ensure that the meter serial number and meter reading are both clearly visible in the same photo.
