We will first have to transfer your energy over to us before we can book an appointment to exchange the meter to a standard credit meter. We understand that prepayment meters are much more inconvenient than standard credit meters so we will do our best to get this exchanged as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 8-10 weeks in total.
Please let us know if you have a preference for which day you would like your appointment to go ahead and if you would prefer a morning or afternoon slot. Although we can’t promise to meet every request we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
Someone will need to be at the property to allow the engineer to complete the work, therefore if you have a preferred site contact then let us know.
We are able to exchange your meter without charge, however please be aware that if this appointment is missed you will be charged £120.
