We will email you quarterly to request up to date meter readings. If you haven't submitted meter readings, we will email you again to remind you.
If you feel that you have submitted meter readings within the last 3 months but you are still receiving reminders, please first double check that your readings have been submitted on your online account area.
We may have emailed you requesting a photo of your meter if your reading is not in line with previous readings we have received from you. Please email a photo of your meter to us so we can check the reading you have provided - please ensure that the meter serial number and meter reading are both clearly visible in the same photo.
If you believe neither of the above are correct, please get in touch so we can check this for you.
