I've not joined Glide, why am I being billed?

Glide would never force you to sign up or take over your gas and electricity without your permission. If you've received an unexpected bill from Glide, it's most likely because the previous tenants signed up to Glide. This means you are on a deemed contract with us. You are free to transfer your gas and electricity away from Glide at any point, you will just pay us for the time you were with us and for the energy used.
